Amphenol-Kai Jack was founded in August
1982, originally as Kai Jack Industrial Co. Ltd., and is today a leading designer and man-
ufacturer of RF/Microwave coaxial connectors in Taiwan. We man-
ufacture an extensive range of connectors that are incorporated in
a wide range of technical equipment: from personal pagers to the space shuttles.
In January 1997, Kai Jack became one of the members of Amphenol group. The name of 'Amphenol-Kai
Jack' has been brought to bear since then. This joint venture has
demonstrated the success of Kai Jack to the RF/Microwave industry and the readiness to
provide integrated interconnect solutions to the worldwide telecommunications industry.

The modern facility of Amphenol-Kai Jack is located in the South of Taiwan and
is equipped with the facilities required for design, development and manufacture of our
products to meet the demanding specifica-
tions required by our customers. The |
| facilities of our test-laboratory also are well equipped, including a
Hewlett-Packard 8720C Vector network analyzer and a 5420B digitizing oscilloscope
mainframe. In March of 1998, we achieved ISO-9001 approval that testifies to Amphenol-Kai
Jack's commitment to quality and our customers. |
